SUNRISE CHANNEL / JUP-003 / V01 — UNPRINTED PROTOTYPE
Original CAD artwork by JUP LIFE Studio, inspired by coastal channels.
Units: millimetres. Diameter 104. Thickness 4.2. One connected solid.
Recesses: 0.30, 0.55 and 0.75 mm. Minimum base: 3.45 mm.
Flat outer support band: 4 mm. Nominal drawn stroke widths: 0.65–0.85 mm.
STL round trip verified watertight and solid. 12,504 triangles.
TPU 95A target. Color and transparency are unspecified; the image is a concept.

TRIAL PRINT — PROCESS ASSUMPTIONS, NOT A VALIDATED MACHINE PROFILE
Print one before making a set.
Orientation: flat underside on bed, engraved art upward.
Nozzle: 0.4 mm. Layer height: 0.15 mm. 4 walls.
6 top and bottom layers; 100% infill for the first uniform-surface trial.
These layers align with the modeled engraving steps. Keep scale at 100%.
Start from your exact printer/material supplier's TPU 95A profile.
Use supplier nozzle/bed temperatures, drying duration and drying temperature.
Use the supported feed path for that filament; do not assume feeder compatibility.
A conservative first detail pass is 20 mm/s outer/top speed, adjusting to the
filament supplier's profile. This is a trial choice, not a universal TPU limit.
Supports: none intended. Inspect layer-by-layer and detect thin clipped features.
Do not iron the engraved surface. Inspect first layer, stringing and pocket floors.

FIRST-PRINT REVIEW
Measure diameter and thickness. Check a glass rests level and does not rock.
Check sun circle, rock strata and fine strokes resolve without loose strings.
Inspect for voids, pinholes, stringing, rough edges and local surface collapse.
Check wet/dry grip on the intended table and whether grooves clean satisfactorily.
Trial hand cleaning with the chosen material's documented care instructions.
No dishwasher, heat, antimicrobial, environmental or durability claims established.
Same dimensions as prior 104 mm coasters; test actual case/lid fit before scaling.
Six prints plus the case belong to the planned $39.95 set; not an active offer.
