Loose fit designed with 0.4 mm radial clearance; actual material shrinkage and fit unknown.
The coaster is single material. The red CAD preview only highlights the recessed main lettering.
Small tagline, white lines and halftone decoration intentionally excluded.
Starting trial: 0.4 mm nozzle, 0.2 mm layers, 4 walls; inspect in your slicer.
Use the material manufacturer's temperature, drying and bed recommendations.
TPU 95A is a trial candidate, not a validated restaurant material.
Coaster: flat underside on bed, logo up. Case: base down. Lid: flat roof on bed, opening up.
No supports intended; confirm toolpaths, especially lid orientation.
